As per our website, all enrolling students are required to submit official transcripts from all institutions attended from undergrad and after, regardless of whether or not you earned credit (i.e., military courses, training certificates, certificates of completion), or if credit appears as transfer credit on another transcript.
If a program/training did not come with a transcript or documentation of completion, please reach out to the program and have a representative contact us directly regarding your participation. Proof of participation may be in the form of an email to us, directly from the program/representative, at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you went to GWU for undergrad, you still need to send us official transcripts.
Transcripts are due August 27th. After that, should you have any transcripts outstanding, a hold will be placed on your account for each missing transcript. Holds will prevent you from changing or adding classes for fall 2018 and spring 2019. After a hold has been placed on your account for a missing transcript, it will not be removed until the official transcript is received, no exceptions!
